Module: Utilities
Overview
Use Paging Queue (program #572) to send paging messages or to view a log of outstanding or failed paging messages that SBN has sent automatically. From Paging Queue, you can delete or reset a paging message so that SBN resends it to the original recipient.
When the recipient successfully receives a paging message, SBN clears it from the queue.
To access this program, select Paging Queue (program #572) from the main menu of SBN.

Sending a Paging Message
From Paging Queue, you can send a paging message. When option ba464 is on, if you send a page to a Paging Group in program #572, SBN emails users in the Paging Group that do not have a number entered in the Phone3 field of Personnel (program #1811) if they have an email address in the first Email field of Personnel. When option ba464 is off, SBN does not send emails to members of a Paging Group with no Phone3 defined in Personnel.
