Overview

Use Bonus Profiles (program #1821) to create, edit, or delete bonus profiles.

To access this program, select Bonus Profiles (program #1821) from the main menu of SBN.

The Bonus Profiles Window

The following graphic shows Bonus Profiles as the program opens. The window displays all previously defined bonus profiles.

The following table describes the fields and columns used in Bonus Profiles.

Field/Column	Description
Abbr	Abbreviation that identifies the bonus profile.
Description	Text description of the bonus profile.
Abbr	Abbreviation that identifies the bonus profile.
Description	Text description of the bonus profile.
Cycle Fact	Adjustment factor for the cycle fees. O To estimate for annual fee, type 12. To estimate for biannual, type 6.
One Time Fact	Adjustment factor for one-time fees.
Based on Budget Percentage	Enter a check mark in this field to base the bonus for this profile on a percentage of the budget. O If option ba347 is on, this field defaults with a check mark when creating a new profile.
Bonus Detail Grid
Level	Bonus award level.
Cycle Fee %	Cycle fee bonus percentage for this level.
One Time Fee %	One-time bonus percentage for this level.
Flat Rate	Minimum bonus amount to award.
Change	Date the record was last changed.
Change Time (No label)	Time the record was last changed.
By	ID of the user who last changed the record.
