Overview
Use the Physical Count Worksheet report to view lists of items by branch or by satellite branch for taking physical counts. Item counts for this report primarily come from table ub_inventory. User’s branch restrictions apply.
To access this report, select Physical Count Worksheet (report #2014) from the main menu of SBN.
The Physical Count Worksheet Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the contents of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Branch |
You may select a specific branch ID to limit the report to item counts for that branch. (This menu originates from program #1530.) O If you leave this field blank, SBN reports for all branches. O If option rptprof is on, SBN limits the branches to those that match the user’s branch profile. |

Satellite ID |
You may select a specific satellite branch ID to limit the report to item counts for that satellite. |

Inventory Groups Range |

Inventory Group |
You may select a range of inventory groups to limit the report to item counts within that range. Select the beginning inventory group of the range. (This menu originates from program #1764/08.) |

Inventory Group |
You may select a range of inventory groups to limit the report to item counts within that range. Select the ending inventory group of the range. (This menu originates from program #1764/08.) |

Item Code Range |

Item Code - From |
You may select a range of item codes to limit the report to item counts within that range. Select the beginning item code of the range. (This menu originates from program #1535.) |

Item Code - To |
You may select a range of item codes to limit the report to item counts within that range. Select the ending item code of the range. (This menu originates from program #1535.) |
