Overview
Use the Reminder Log to view the history of reminders sent to a selected customer. The tab only displays reminder history that has occurred since this program was created in 2005.
Note: Action 548/210 controls access to this log.
To access this program, select Contract Master (program #548) from the main menu of SBN and then choose the Reminder Log tab.

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in this tab.

Batch Number |
Number of the reminder batch that included the selected reminder. |

Invoice Number |
Number of the invoice for the selected customer that generated a reminder. |
|
External Inv Number |
External invoice number for the associated reminder, if applicable. |
|
Contract Number |
Contract number for which a reminder was generated. |
|
Group |
Reminder group. Identifies the last level of reminder notice sent. |
|
Balance |
Balance due on the selected reminder. |
|
Date |
Date the reminder was generated. |
