Module: Account Management
Overview
Use the Internet Log tab in Data Entry (program #559) to view a customer’s internet activity. Every time a customer accesses their account through a website using the ATOM procedures, SBN logs the date, time, type of inquiry or change, and other related information in this tab.
Navigating to the Internet Log
Use the following steps to navigate to the Internet Log tab:
1. From the main SBN toolbar, select Menu.
2. From the drop-down menu, select Go To.
3. In the Go To Program dialog box, type in "559" and press Enter.
w Data Entry Master and Basics opens.
4. Choose the Internet Log tab in the lower pane of Data Entry.

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the Internet Log tab.

Type |
Type of inquiry made on the account. (This column originates from program #1601.) |

Date |
Date the customer accessed the account from the internet. |

Time |
Time the customer accessed the account from the internet. Note: SBN logs the customer’s time, not central station time. |

Count |
Number of units used to perform action on the account. (This column originates from program #1601.) |

Type |
Type of change made on the account. (This column originates from program #1601.) |

Text 1 |
Company-defined field used to report how the account was found through the internet (CID, Account number, etc). |

Text 2 |
Company-defined field used to report how the access was authorized (passcard, codeword, etc). |

Passcard |
Passcard number used to identify user. |
|
Ext |
Passcard extension used to identify user. |
|
Name |
Name of the customer who accessed the information. |
|
Description |
Description of the area the customer accessed. (This column originates from program #1601.) |
