Overview
Use the Global Rate Change Summary to print a report of a batch of global rate changes.
To access this report, choose Run Report from Global Rate Changes (program #1588) or select Global Rate Change Summary (report #1197) from the main menu of SBN.
The Global Rate Change Summary
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

You must select a range of dates that are less than or equal to the cycle control date entered on the invoice batch. Select the beginning date of the range. |
Date

You must select a range of dates that are less than or equal to the cycle control date entered on the invoice batch. Select the ending date of the range. |
Branch Ranges |

Branch |
You may select up to three ranges of branches to limit the report to branches within the ranges. Select the beginning branch number of a range. (These menus originate from program #1530.) |

Exclude |
You may exclude ranges of branches from the report by selecting the ranges and then entering a check mark in the corresponding Exclude box. |

You may select up to three ranges of dealer IDs to limit the report to dealer IDs within the ranges. Select the beginning dealer ID of a range. (These menus originate from program #1537.) |

Exclude |
You may exclude ranges of dealer IDs from the report by selecting the ranges and then entering a check mark in the corresponding Exclude box. |

Enter a check mark in this box to include those contracts in the batch with increases that have not yet been approved. |
Increases already done |
Enter a check mark in this box to include those contracts in the batch with approved increases. |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Dealer |
Dealer associated with the selected installation. |
Name |
Name of the account holder for the selected installation. |
Effective Date |
Date the global rate change becomes effective for the selected installation. |
Cycle |
Number of months included in each cycle period. |
Previous Rate |
Amount of the cycle fee before the global rate change becomes effective. |
New Rate |
Amount of the cycle fee after the global rate change becomes effective. |
ND |
If this column displays an X, the global rate change is not approved for the selected installation. |
Branch Total |
Displays total cycle fees for the branch before and after the global rate change becomes effective. |
