Overview
The Dispositions with Specific Type report provides information regarding alarms that have been disposed of. User’s branch restrictions apply. This report sorts data by disposition code, by event extension, or by zip code. The installation branch displays in the parameters pane and on the report printout. Log times display for the user who starts the report.
To access this report, select Dispositions with Specific Type (report #2091) from the main menu of SBN.
The Dispositions with Specific Type Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

You must select a date or a range of dates to limit the report to log entries that occurred during that range. Select the beginning date of the range. |

You may select a range of time to limit the report to log entries that occurred during that range. Select the beginning time of the range. |

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to log entries that occurred during that range. Select the ending date of the range. |

You may select one event extension or a range of event extensions to limit the report to disposed alarm signals with that event extension. Select the beginning event extension of the range. |

Enter a check mark in this box to subsort and subtotal the report by event extension. |

You may select up to three ranges of branches to limit the report to branches within the ranges. Select the beginning branch number of a range. (These menus originate from program #1530.) O When option ba323 is on, the report uses service branches instead of base branches. |
Branch |
You may select up to three ranges of branches to limit the report to branches within the ranges. Select the ending branch number of a range. (These menus originate from program #1530.) O When option ba323 is on, the report uses service branches instead of base branches. |
Exclude |
You may exclude ranges of branches from the report by selecting the ranges and then entering a check mark in the corresponding Exclude box. |
Zip Code Range |

You must select a specific zip code or a range of zip codes to limit the report to disposed alarm signals associated with zip codes within that range. Select the beginning zip code of the range. |
Zip - To |
You may select a range of zip codes to limit the report to disposed alarm signals associated with zip codes within that range. Select the ending zip code of the range. |

Identifies the period covered by the report. |
Zip Code Range |
Identifies the zip code range covered by the report, if selected as a parameter. |
Date |
Date the alarm signal was disposed of (Operator / User’s date). |
Time |
Time the alarm signal was disposed of (Operator / User’s date). |
Branch |
Installation branch. O When option ba323 is on, the report uses service branches instead of base branches. |
CID |
Customer ID number. |
Ins# |
Installation number. |
Deal |
Dealer ID number. |

Zone |
Zone number on which the alarm signal arrived. |

Text of the zone. |
Zip Code |
Identifies the specific zip code associated with the listed events. |

Total number of events with the event extension listed. This appears when you select the Sub-Sort/Sub-Total by Event Extension parameter. |

Total number of events of the disposition type listed. |
