Overview

Use Service Miscellaneous (program #1709) to define and maintain menus for certain fields in the Service Log tab of Data Entry Master (program #559). Currently the Service Miscellaneous program defines the menus for the Service Level Agreement and Service Contract Type fields in the Service Log details window.

Navigating to Service Miscellaneous

Use the following steps to navigate to Service Miscellaneous:

1.  From the main SBN toolbar, select Menu.

2.  From the drop-down menu, select Go To.

3.  In the Go To Program dialog box, type in "1709" and press Enter.

Zooming into the Sublevel

The Service Miscellaneous program contains a sublevel tab in which you may define menus for certain fields in the details window of the Service Log tab. To access this tab, choose Zoom In/Out of Sublevel in the main Service Miscellaneous window.

The following graphic shows the Details tab. The tab displays previously defined menu selections for the selected service request field.
