Overview

Use Global GL Accounts (program #1594) to define the accounts for each of 5 SBN-generated GL accounts. Use these global GL accounts as the offset or master accounts for GL exports and reports. Additionally, you can associate global accounts with revenue types in Revenue Types (program #1512), tax codes in Tax Codes (program #1515), and in transaction types in Transaction Types (program #1586).

To access this program, select Global GL Accounts (program #1594) from the main menu of SBN.

Zooming into the Sublevel

Global GL Accounts contains a sublevel in which you attach Dealer IDs to specific Global Accounts.
