Overview
The Contracts on Account tab lists all contracts attached to the account number currently open in the Contract Master.
To access this program, select Contract Master (program #548) from the main menu of SBN and then choose the Contracts on Account tab.

The following graphic displays the Contracts on Account tab. The columns show details of all contracts attached to the account currently open in the Contract Master.
Column Descriptions

Identification number for the dealer attached to this contract. |

GL Account Number |
General ledger account number for this contract. |

Number of Fees |
Number of active cycle fees for this contract. |

Amount Per Month |
Current monthly value of cycle fees for this contract. |

Total Amount |
Current total cycle fee value for this contract. |
Changing the View of the Tab
Option bl042 defines the default view of this tab:
-
If the value of the option is 1- SBN displays a detailed view
-
If the value of the option is 0 - SBN displays a summarized view
Use the following steps to change the view of the tab:
1. In the Contracts on Account tab, choose Toggle.
‰ SBN displays the alternate view of this tab.
2. Choose Toggle again to return to the default view.
