Overview

Use Email Distribution (program #1898) to define email groups to attach to reports that contain an email field. Through Email Distribution, you can distribute any report that contains an email field to all entries in an email group.

To access this program, select Email Distribution (program #1898) from the main menu of SBN.

The Email Distribution Window

The following graphic shows Email Distribution as the program opens. The upper pane displays all previously defined email groups.

Zooming into the Sublevel of Email Distribution

Email Distribution contains a sublevel in which you manage email addresses for a selected email distribution group.
