Overview
Use the Periodic Inventory report to view an inventory snapshot and value of stock by item for a specific branch. The report subtotals items by inventory groups. User’s branch restrictions apply.
To access this report, select Periodic Inventory (report #2015) from the main menu of SBN.
The Periodic Inventory Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the contents of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

Branch |
You may select a specific branch number to limit the report to records associated with that branch. O If you leave this field blank, the report includes all branches. O If option rptprof is on, SBN limits the report based on the user’s branch profile. |

GL Account Range |

GL Acc # - From |
You may select a range of GL account numbers to limit the report to records with GL account numbers within the range. Select the beginning GL account number of the range. O If you leave these fields blank, the report runs for all GL account numbers. O If bl058 is off, a menu of GL account numbers appears. (This menu originates from program #1835.) |

GL Acc # - To (No label) |
You may select a range of GL account numbers to limit the report to records with GL account numbers within the range. Select the ending GL account number of the range. O If you leave these fields blank, the report includes all GL account numbers. O If bl058 is off, a menu of GL account numbers appears. (This menu originates from program #1835.) |

Group By |
You must select a grouping parameter for this report: l Branch - SBN displays the totals for the branch only l Satellite - SBN sorts the results for the report by satellite number |
