Overview
Use the Active Customers Report to display the number of active customers (installations) that have recognized cycle revenue during a specified fiscal period.
To access this report, select Active Customer (report #2160) from the main menu of SBN.
The Active Customers Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the Active Customers Report.

You may select a range of fiscal dates to limit the report to installations with recognized cycle revenue during that range. Select the beginning date of the fiscal period. |
Date

You may select a range of fiscal dates to limit the report to installations with recognized cycle revenue during that range. Select the ending date of the fiscal period. |
Branch Range |

Branch - From (No label) |
You may select a range of installation branches to limit the report to installations associated with branches within the range. Select the beginning branch of the range. |
Branch

You may select a range of installation branches to limit the report to installations associated with branches within the range. Select the ending branch of the range. |
Exclude |
You may exclude a range of branches from the report by selecting the range and then entering a check mark in this box. |
Group By |
You must select a grouping parameter for this report: l Branch l Installation number |

Column Descriptions
The following table describes the columns used in the output of the Active Customers report.

Displays the selected Group by parameter. |
Period |
Displays the selected Fiscal Period. |
Branch |
Displays the installation branch. |
Installation No |
Displays the number of the installation that has recognized cycle revenue during the selected fiscal period. |
Branch Total |
The number of installations within the selected branch that have recognized cycle revenue during the selected fiscal period. |
Grand Total |
The total number of installations for all included branches that have recognized cycle revenue during the selected fiscal period. |
