Overview
Use the Ins with < = XXX Events report to list all accounts that have had, at most, the number of events of the specified count. User’s branch restrictions apply.
You can limit the results of this report by

Monitoring status
The report output does not include log-only events, but does include simulated events with actual events. Users can now use a wildcard character in the "Events" field for searches. If event 1 is %, the event 2 parameter is ignored. If event1 has a value assigned to it and event 2 = %, event 2 will be set to event 1 in the reports query.
To access this report, select Ins with < = XXX Events (report #1978) from the main menu of SBN.
The Ins <=XXX Events Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

You may select a dealer ID to restrict the report to installations associated with that dealer. (This menu originates from program #1537.) O If your company uses Dealer restrictions, the menu displays only those dealer IDs included in your user profile. O If you leave this field blank, the report includes installations for all dealers. |

You may exclude a specific monitoring status from the report by selecting the monitoring status and then entering a check mark in this box. |
