Overview
Use the Inventory Summary report to view a summary of the total value of inventory for each defined inventory group. You can generate the summary by using either a specific branch or range of GL account numbers. User’s branch restrictions apply.
To access this report, choose Inventory Summary Report (report #2013) from the main menu of SBN.
The Inventory Summary Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the contents of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.
Note: You can use wildcard characters in selected fields. For more information about using wildcards, see Using Wildcard Characters in the reference document, Searches.

You may select a specific branch number to limit the report to records associated with that branch. O If you leave this field blank, the report includes all branches. O If option rptprof is on, SBN limits the report based on the user’s branch profile. |

You may select a range of GL account numbers to limit the report to records associated with GL account numbers within that range. Select the beginning GL account number of the range.
