Overview

The Dispatch report provides alarm information for dispatched incidents for the agency and/or period specified. User’s branch restrictions apply.

To access this report, select Dispatch Report (report #1998) from the main menu of SBN.

The Dispatch Report Window

This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the content of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.

Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.

Field Descriptions

The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of the report.

Note: You can use wildcard characters in selected fields. For more information about using wildcards, see Searches.

Date - From

You must select a date or a range of dates to limit the report to log entries that occurred during that range. Select the beginning date of the range.

O    This field defaults to the current date.

Time - From (No label)

You may select a range of time to limit the report to log entries that occurred during that range. Select the beginning time of the range.

Date - To
(No label)

No

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to log entries that occurred during that range. Select the ending date of the range.

O    This field defaults to tomorrow’s date.

Time - To

You may select a range of time to limit the report to log entries that occurred during that range. Select the ending time of the range.

Agency

Yes

You may select a specific agency ID to limit the report to alarm incidents associated with that agency or use the % wildcard to include all agencies.

Phone

Yes

Type the phone number for the agency to include in the report.

Branch Ranges

Branch

You may select up to three ranges of branches to limit the report to branches within the ranges. Select the beginning branch number of a range. (These menus originate from program #1530.)

You may select up to three ranges of branches to limit the report to branches within the ranges. Select the ending branch number of a range. (These menus originate from program #1530.)

Exclude

You may exclude ranges of branches from the report by selecting the ranges and then entering a check mark in the corresponding Exclude box.

Report Example

The following graphic shows an example of the output of the Dispatch report.

Column Descriptions

The following table describes the columns used in the output of the report.

Installation branch of the customer the dispatch incident occurred.

Type

Agency type.

Agency

Agency ID.

Name

Customer name on the installation.

Installation No

Installation number.

Addr

Installation address where the agency was dispatched.

Phone

Installation phone number.

City

Installation city where the agency was dispatched.

State

Installation state where the agency was dispatched.

Zip

Installation zip code where the agency was dispatched.

Alarm Priority

Priority of the alarm that was dispatched.

Type

Zone type that the alarm was received on.

Time

Date and time the signal was received.

CID

Customer ID that the alarm signal was received.

Verify 1

Date the first verification call was made.

Contact 1

Date the first contact call was made.

Contact 3

Date the third contact call was made.

Disp

Date the Dispatch call was made.

Verify 2

Date the second verification call was made.

Contact 2

Date the second contact call was made.

Contact 4

Date the fourth contact call was made.

Alarm Resolution (No label)

Resolution given to the alarm incident that was dispatched.
