Overview

Use Phone Exclusions (Program #1842) to manage phone exclusion patterns. Any phone number that matches a defined phone pattern in Program #1842 will be excluded in an incident, when an operator sends an SMS to the contacts in the Action Plan.

Navigating to Phone Exclusions

Use the following steps to Phone Exclusions:

1.  From the main SBN toolbar, select Menu.

2.  From the drop-down menu, select Go To.

3.  In the Go To Program dialog box, type in "1842" and press ENTER.
