Overview
Use the Usage by Items report to view usage by item within inventory groups within branches. This report displays

This report displays data from inventory branch. User’s branch restrictions apply.
To access this report, select Usage by Items (report #2017) from the main menu of SBN.
The Usage by Items Report
This window contains two panes: use the upper pane to define the contents of the report; use the lower pane to define the job output - how, when, and where you want to print the report.
Note: See Report Parameters Pane for information on the fields in the lower pane, which are the same in every report.
Field Descriptions
The following table describes the fields used in the upper pane of this report.

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to dates within that range. Select the beginning date of the range. O This field defaults to the current date. |

You may select a range of time to limit the report to records within that range. Select the beginning time of the range. |

You may select a range of dates to limit the report to dates within that range. Select the ending date of the range. O This field defaults to tomorrow’s date. |

You may select an inventory branch to limit the report to that inventory branch. O If you leave this field blank, the report includes all inventory branches. O If option rptprof is on, SBN limits the report based on the user’s branch profile. |

GL Acct # |

You may select a specific GL account number limit the report to records that match that GL account number. O If you leave this field blank, the report includes all GL account numbers. O If option bl058 is off, a menu of GL account numbers appears. (This menu originates from program #1835.) |

Average usage of the item from the last calculation (inventory close function). |

Last price paid on a purchase order for the item. |

Day |
Number of days available; based on average usage. |
